We have developed a Real Time Remote Monitoring solution for detecting plastic pellets at various points along the plastic value chain, allowing companies to make decisions to reduce and identify uncontrolled pellet spillages befor they potentially enter and harm the environment.

The FLOID is a stand-alone floating device which detects pellets, pellet powder and pellet spillages in various waterways.

Itis fitted with:

1. A high-resolution camera with Computer Vision Technology, that captures images of the water’s surface

2. An industrial processing unit which processes eachimage in real time, identifying and quantifying any present pellets within the control zone.

3. A communications module which sends all registered data via GPRS to an information management platform, which the industrial complex can access easily and remotely
