Model/Sector: Research and Development project on smart irrigation systems, environmental control and water conservation.

Participants: A renowned Emirates research centre, in collaboration with a prominent Emirates business holding, invites Spanish technology companies with advanced expertise in smart irrigation, IoT, automation and digitalization, to participate in an innovative R&D&I project.

Typology: This project aims to design and implement adaptive water management and digital monitoring systems to face challenges in water efficiency and resource optimisation to maintain tropical conditions in an arid region.
This initiative addresses the unique environmental needs of an indoor  eco-system in the United Arab Emirates, designed to replicate tropical rainforest conditions.

Requirements:

• • Demonstrated expertise in smart irrigation technologies for precise environmental control and water conservation.
  • Experience in IoT and automation solutions suitable for industrial, residential, or commercial settings, especially in environmental monitoring.
  • Proficiency in digitalization and data-driven platforms that support monitoring, analysis, and visualization for complex environments.
  • Capability and interest to innovate within a high-profile R&D consortium with potential for significant impact in both the UAE and global markets.
